Every concert hall has its own acoustic space and as such becomes a component of the instrumentarium itself. So what could be more logical than to individually tailor a concert to the venue? The newly established special prize “Music and Space” honours the most compelling spatial design with a Prizewinners’ concert: the hosting “instrument” in 2022 is the St. Petri Church, Landolfshausen.
